Background
The first and to date only film I've completely rendered in 4K. This means a resolution of 3840 x 2160. Internally though, because MB3D can't handle anti-aliasing, it means rendering each frame at 6480x4320. I did use frame interpolation though to minimize the massive render times.
Also, I tried to create some kind of narrative. I think it's pretty amazing how many people are getting the same story out of it although there's nothing much to go by. Why does the thing with the volume light look like a church?
The ending makes heavy use of textures, creating the look of a decayed, dilapidated cityscape.
